THE ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN

CONTENTS:

     Airing three times a week, SUPERMAN was a very popular program with the younger set.  First heard on radio 02/12/40 and continuing through the entire 15 minute episode run, and then for the first 73 of the 30 minute episodes, Clayton (Bud) Collyer carried the lead role well.  He last played the role of Superman on 01/21/50.  For the last 78 thirty minute programs, Michael Fitzmaurice was selected to play "The Man of Steel," starting on June 5, 1950.
